In August, the enrollment system where you make benefits elections changed. The enrollment system may look differently than it has in the past, but will function in the same way. Enrollment instructions are located here.

No Scroll Bars? How to get to the Submit Button
When enrolling, you may not see scroll bars on the side of the screen. This is because the system is designed to also work on mobile devices. When at a computer, you can use the up/down arrows on your keyboard or the scroll button on your mouse to get down to the button on the bottom of the page.

What to Expect
When you login to the enrollment system between Nov. 1st and Nov. 15th, you will need to re-elect Flexible Spending Accounts, PTO Conversion*, and how you want your 2018 benefits handbook delivered. For all other benefits, you will see your 2017 elections listed for 2018 unless you have recently enrolled for the first time or made changes to your 2017 benefits. Please review the benefits pre-populated for your 2018 elections and click submit.
*Note: PTO Conversion is not available to Clinic Practice Staff or THPG providers.

Benefit Summary Report
It’s important that you print a copy of your Benefit Summary for your records. To get your 2018 Benefit Summary report after you complete enrollment:
- Login to MyTHR.org
- Select 2018 Open Enrollment from the Total Health banner
- Next to the Open Enrollment event, select “Print”
- NOTE: If you have not clicked Submit and completed your enrollment, you will not see the print button
- NOTE: Make sure that your pop up blockers are turned off by going to your internet browser’s settings
