Required Enrollment for 2016 Benefits

Open Enrollment for 2016 benefits will be Nov. 2 through Nov. 16, 2015. What do you need to know?

  • Re-enrollment is required to have benefits in 2016
  • Complete your health assessment during open enrollment to earn a $75 Be Healthy reward
  • Look for open enrollment materials the week of Oct. 12

Do I have to re-enroll in my benefits?

Yes, re-enrollment is required. If you do not go online during open enrollment to confirm your benefits, you will only have Basic Life, Basic AD&D, and Basic LTD coverage in 2016.

Can I change my benefits later?

This is your annual opportunity to add or drop dependents and select different plans that best meet you and/or your family’s needs. Your next opportunity to change benefits will be November 2016 unless you experience a qualified status change as defined by the IRS.

When will 2016 benefits information be provided?

Benefits Open Enrollment info will be mailed to your home the week of Oct. 12.

When do changes made during open enrollment take effect?

Elections made during Open Enrollment will be effective on January 1, 2016.

How much will my premiums be next year?

Throughout Open Enrollment and as many times as you would like, you can go online to see your 2016 premiums. Re-enrollment is required.
