October 2014: Enrollment for your 2015 Benefits

October 2014: Enrollment for your 2015 Benefits

Just as we did last year, Texas Health will have a passive enrollment. This means if you wish to enroll in a Flexible Spending Account or for PTO Conversion, you need to go online to enter your election. For all other benefits, your current benefit enrollment from 2014 will be brought forward as your benefits for 2015. If you wish to make changes, simply log on to www.MyTHR.org between Nov. 3 and Nov. 17 and select your coverage for 2015.

Again at open enrollment time, you can earn a $75 reward if you take your online Health Assessment.

When will I receive my 2015 benefit enrollment packet?

You will receive information about your 2015 benefits including the list of changes to your 2015 benefits, step-by-step enrollment instructions and the web address for the new 2015 online employee benefits guide. You can expect to receive this packet in the mail the week of Oct. 13.The online benefits guide will be accessible 24/7 from anywhere – at home, at work, or even at your doctor’s office.

Texas Health’s mission is to improve the health of the people in the communities we serve. That includes you! To bring this message home, we have included pictures of our own employees and how the Be Healthy program has helped them! Be on the lookout for people you may know!

How will I know how much my premiums will be in 2015?

Throughout open enrollment and as many times as you would like, you can go online to see your 2015 premiums and/or view your current enrollment.

What if I need help during enrollment or have questions about my benefits?

If you have questions, you can call the Open Enrollment Hotline. Someone will be available Monday through Friday, 8a.m. to 6p.m. from Nov.3 to Nov. 17.
