Know your options for care

When you’re not feeling well, all you want to do is just get care quickly. Knowing where you can go for care (and how much it’ll cost) will make the biggest difference in your wallet.

  • Virtual Visits = you pay full cost of the visit. Once you meet the deductible, this service is free.
    See a doctor on video-chat for things like a sinus infection, pink eye, etc. It’s available 24/7 wherever you have a mobile device, tablet, or computer.
  • Checkups (well visits) = FREE + $75 in your pocket
    This is an annual visit with your doctor to check-in and make sure everything is going well. And, after the insurance claim is processed, you’ll earn $75 in Be Healthy rewards.
  • Doctor Visits = you pay full cost of the visit. Once you meet the deductible, you’ll pay 10% of the cost.
    Use the primary care doctor for things like infections, minor injuries, disease management (asthma, diabetes, allergies, etc.). The specialist cost will apply for visits to a dermatologist, endocrinologist, oncologist, etc. Use this option for routine checkups and visits for minor illnesses.
  • Dispatch Health = you pay full cost of the visit. Once you meet the deductible, you’ll pay 10% of the cost. Use this option if you know your condition is not life-threatening and your doctor is not available, but you need care quickly and don’t want to leave home.
  • Urgent Care = you pay full cost of the visit. Once you meet the deductible, you’ll pay 10% of the cost.

  • Emergency Room = you pay full cost of the visit. Once you meet the deductible, you’ll pay 10% of the cost. Use this option for emergencies only such as broken bones, chest pain, stroke symptoms, difficulty breathing, etc.
