Texas Health Resources recognizes that time away from work is necessary for you to balance work with the rest of your life. Rest and stress reduction are vital to your well-being, and with our PTO program you can continue to receive pay while you take time off. Subject to your supervisor’s approval, you can take PTO as it is accrued.

Use some of your accumulated hours to take time off to concentrate on yourself—you’ve earned it. Spend a few hours doing something that you enjoy, whether that is reading a book, spending time with family, getting a massage, or meeting up with friends. You’ll reset mentally, regain focus, and return to work more productive.
