Self-Care Check-In: Motivate Your Mindset

Staying motivated to meet your goals takes resilience and the right mindset to make sure your New Year’s resolutions aren’t long forgotten by the beginning of February! Having a mindset of motivation can prevent you from giving up and helps you move things forward. Join the EAP for this voluntary self-care check-in to learn how to create lasting change, break the bad habits, and celebrate your successes. Here’s what you can expect:

  • You have the choice to attend this session by phone, computer or a combination of both. If you would like increased anonymity, attending by phone is the best option, but you lose the ability to use the chat window.
  • We encourage you to contribute to the conversation if you feel comfortable because often times, peers provide the most support for one another.
  • The discussion is not intended to be counseling and we will not be keeping any notes or a list of attendees.
  • Employees who have transitioned to Teams can still join Skype meetings. Please contact the IT desk if you are experiencing any problems accessing Skype or feel free to join the meeting by phone (the meeting code is listed in this invitation).   
  • It is possible that HR or Leaders may attend these sessions. If so, they are participating from a place of self-care as an individual, not as a function of their role.
