Using the Power 9 principles, you can make small, manageable changes in your daily life that will help you feel happier and healthier.
You can get involved by signing the Blue Zones Personal Pledge. Then, take action to fulfill your pledge:
- Learn about the original Blue Zones areas.
- Measure how long you will live using the Vitality Compass® tool.
- Participate in a Blue Zones Project activity, such as attending a “Purpose Workshop” or volunteering in your community.
- Select five actions you can complete in the next six months, such as keeping walking shoes near your front door or adopting a dog.
