Early Steps® Maternity Program

Pregnancy is an exciting time in your life, whether it’s your first baby or you’re adding another little one to your family. If you’re expecting, Quantum’s Early Steps® Maternity Coaches and nurses offer peace of mind that comes from knowing a supportive expert is by your side throughout your entire pregnancy, monitoring your overall well-being.

Quantum’s nurses and maternity coaches provide essential prenatal advice and tips for: 

  • Common pregnancy discomforts like morning sickness, sleep issues, and stress management
  • Prenatal nutrition and physical activity
  • Preparing for labor, delivery and a new baby
  • Postnatal support within 31 days of discharge


Employees (and their spouses) that are actively enrolled in Quantum medical coverage through Texas Health Resources are eligible to participate in the Early Steps® Maternity Program.

If eligible, you can earn a $100 Be Healthy reward. 

If you are enrolled in medical coverage through Texas Health, you have a variety of programs and activities to choose from to earn UP TO $300 in Be Healthy rewards this year. If your spouse is enrolled in coverage, they can choose from programs and activities to earn UP TO $175 in Be Healthy rewards this year.

Upon returning to work, if you need a lactation room, check out this list of locations. If your work location is not listed, contact Employee Health or your manager to locate a lactation room at your location.
