How to get care in the comfort of your own home

Not feeling well? Check out DispatchHealth. It costs the same as an urgent care visit and you don’t even have to leave your house! Find out more and see if you live in the covered service area.

Instead of going to an urgent care facility, let the care come to you with DispatchHealth.

DispatchHealth is available 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., 365 days a year and costs the same as an urgent care visit. Connect with DispatchHealth by calling 214-377-1791, visiting their website, or downloading the app.
Examples of things DispatchHealth can treat, for kids and adults:

  • respiratory infections (such as bronchitis, croup), sinusitis, sore throat (strep, mono), urine and skin infections, minor trauma (sprains, minor breaks), lacerations, nosebleeds, asthma attacks, allergic reactions, vomiting/diarrhea, inability to urinate, constipation and dehydration.
  • services for individuals with chronic conditions to help avoid the need for hospital admission, such as administering antibiotics via IV and replacing catheters. For example, heart failure patients could receive Lasix at home from DispatchHealth caregivers who work in consultation with the patient’s cardiologist.
