They say you are what you eat, so let’s figure out a way to create the best version of you. You likely have a full schedule, so let Nutrition Coaching help you build daily eating habits that work for your busy lifestyle and nutritional needs.

Each time you choose a healthy snack, your body gets the nutrients it needs and you avoid empty calories.

Can I participate?

Employees and eligible family members with active medical coverage through Texas Health Resources with a BMI greater than 28 are eligible to participate in this program.

How do I participate?

To participate, you must use a Texas Health clinical dietitian at one of our participating locations and have a signed referral from your doctor. Virtual and in person appointments are available. To get started, please email behealthythr@texashealth.org.

What’s in it for me?

A registered dietitian will customize a healthy eating plan that meets your specific health and wellness needs. This program provides:

  • An individualized assessment
  • Personalized meal planning
  • A better understanding of how to deal with and navigate emotional eating, skipping meals, portion management, and hunger/fullness cues

After your initial assessment, you’ll get up to three 30-minute sessions per year.
