A few adjustments will be made that align your PTO program to eligibility for all other benefits or address items that were unclear in the current program.

  • In 2018, you must be in at least a 24 hour per week position to be eligible for PTO.
  • Clinic Practice Staff in THPG who accrue PTO (non-contractual employees) are required to use PTO for pre-approved days off for vacation, holiday and personal reasons (already required for unscheduled absences and being tardy)
  • Clinic Practice Staff in THPG who accrue PTO (non-contractual employees) are required to use PTO for approved leave of absence unless have they have less than 80 hours of PTO in their bank. Clinic Practice Staff in THPG who accrue PTO (non-contractual employees) may use PTO if have less than 80 hours but are not required to (consistent with your Leave of Absence Policy).
