2024 Benefits Enrollment is Nov. 1 – Nov. 15. Benefits eligible employees are not required to complete Benefits Enrollment this year unless you want to make a change to your current benefits, or elect one of the following benefits:
- PTO Conversion*
- Health Savings Account
- Health Care Flexible Spending Account
- Day Care Flexible Spending Account

Complete Enrollment:
Login to MyTHR.org between Nov. 1 and Nov. 15. Follow these step-by-step instructions to help you navigate the system and complete enrollment.
Look carefully at each benefit available to you and what is showing for 2024. Be sure this reflects what you want for 2024. If not, edit your coverage.
Submit your enrollment. Be sure to click the “submit” button and save a copy of your Benefit Summary Report for your records.
What happens if I don’t complete enrollment?
If you don’t complete 2024 Benefits Enrollment, your current 2023 benefits will rollover to 2024, with the exception of any contributions to the following that must be re-elected:

Health Care Flexible Spending Account

Day Care Flexible Spending Account
*Executives, directors, medical residents/interns/fellows, and THPG providers employed by THPG are not eligible for PTO or PTO Conversion.
